Summary of Position
roundhouse is seeking a contract Production Designer to execute detail-driven work suitable for application in a variety of traditional, digital and interactive formats.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently produce, or reproduce, creative elements that can be applied to a multitude of interactive formats including web, social, mobile, email and print
- Develop, with direction from creatives and/or project managers, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups and graphic assets

•Serve as a thought leader and trusted business advisor to client teams; proactively and persuasively deliver timely guidance on digital, consumer, and competitive trends affecting the client's business
•Develop and apply frameworks for measuring and maximizing the business value of digital initiatives over time

Engagement P&L Ownership:
•Communicates progress of revenue to budget forecast to the team throughout the year
•Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development
•Monitors P&L fluctuations to proactively identify risks and opportunities
•Assists in setting account investment priorities and executes on investments and monitors progress and results
•Consistently cultivates a portfolio of new business efforts
•The Digital Account Director provides deep insight into internal and external factors affecting the client's business, marketing, and digital presence. The Director defines the opportunity space for digital, as well as the vision, strategic framework, and specific solutions required to deliver against identified business challenges, consumer needs, and specific business goals.
•The Director is a leader who "connects the dots" around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to clients.
•This highly collaborative role interfaces heavily with internal team members and senior level client contacts throughout the strategy development process as well as execution.
•The Director leads cross-functional engagement teams across a range of high-complexity project types with multiple components. These may include research and insights, valuation and business case development, organizational design, process optimization, digital roadmap development, future state visualizations, and other modules depending on client need.
•The Director may serve as lead digital strategist on one or more key accounts and/or brands, and take on additional project work as appropriate. The Director also plays an active role in business development, preparing proposals and participating in sales presentations. He/she may participate in industry groups, speak at industry events, and publish thought leadership pieces.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
•10+ years' experience in consulting, interactive, agency or digital marketing experience with emphasis on strategic marketing
•Demonstrated strength and abilities in framing problems, identifying solutions, and building the right analytical rigor into measuring effectiveness
•5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships and strong client references are necessary
•Excellent story telling skills and development of clear and compelling client presentations
•Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
•Must have a rigorous, analytical approach as well as dynamic, abstract problem solving skills
•Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables across multiple clients/projects
•Self-motivated with a strategic marketing consulting mentality
•Strong negotiation skills
•Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction to other members on the team
•Experience with digital products and services preferred
•MBA and/or BA or BS in a business-related field
